DELIVERIES :
Orders are only shipped to the countries listed in our web site.
Generally orders processing takes 2 workdays. This delay may increase due to independent conditions (article temporarily out of stock, delay in may supplier delivery, stock inventory period of our warehouse,
) and cannot incur in the order cancellation nor financial damages
Your order will then be transferred to the most adequate Transport Company (selected by Gokan Sprl).
- Packages below 2kg : through La Poste (Kilopost) with a NOT-guaranteed delivery time of 3 to 4 workdays
- Packages over 2kg : through TNT with a NOT-guaranteed delivery time of 4 to 8 workdays
Shipments are delivered to the selected address against signature
You will receive a confirmation eMail as soon as the articles habe been shipped from our warehouse.
In case of absence a note will be left in your postbox inviting you to contact the transportation company in order to organize a second delivery tour or to go to the closer Post Office or TNT closer Drop point.
In the event of absence of the recipient, impossibility to leave a passage notice or incomplete address, GOKAN Sprl company will contact by eMail (after TNT or La Poste notification) the recipient in order to invite him to contact either TNT or La Poste and organize a second delivery tour or go to the closer Post Office or TNT closer Drop point.
In case the shipment is returned to our premises, further shipment costs will be charged to the customer. If the customer prefers to be refunded instead of having it shipped again, GOKAN Sprl will retain the first shipment costs billed by TNT or La Poste.
In case delivery takes more than 4 workdays after GOKANs eMail shipping confirmation, it is advisable to inform such delay to the following eMail address : info@gokan.be or by phone to 0032 3460727 (French spoken). GOKAN Sprl will immediately contact TNT or La Poste to start an investigation.
- If the shipment is recovered, it will be immediately routed to recipients address.
- If the shipment is not found, the transport company will declare it as lost. Once the investigation is closed, GOKAN Sprl will be able to send a new order at his own expenses.
- If ordered products would no longer be available at that time, customer will be refunded provided he can present the official transport company declaration of the loss
